Last weekend Caruso and Don Marco went to Timisoara for the fourth edition of the Grill Champions Tour for Grill Society Romania. What started as a little snow turned out to become a huge blizzard after a while so it fit right in to the theme of the event wich was “Winter Grilling”

While the guest had a comfortable afternoon we cooked them a nice menu on the Outdoorchef, BBQ Scout and Big Green Egg grills. The Menu was Chicken “Pig Wings” with maple sirup glaze, Pork Powder Moink Balls, Mushrooms with chipotle butter, blue cheese and honey, parma ham wrapped pork tenderloin with mafia coffee and parmesan, planked PigWing Duck and a Mexican “Sombrero” flavoured Beer Can turkey. Dessert was plank roasted apples stuffed with vanilla pudding, almonds and honey, served with vanilla ice. This was a nice challenge for us and according to the guests it turned out very nice.
