Last weekend we started the first of a series of cooking classes at Haupert Grillwerkstatt in Illingen.
On a nice range of Grills from GMG, Memphis, Napoleon, Monolith and a south african Braai we cooked a lot of nice recipes. Appetizers, Fingerfood, finest dry aged beef, stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in serrano ham, cedar planked salmon, low & slow smoked St. louis cut ribs, bourbon peach bbq beans and cornbread and even a small dessert.
We are looking forward to a lot of nice classes this summer.
