For our wood planks we solely use personally selected lumbers from sustainable forestry. In order to guarantee maximum Don Marco’s Barbeque quality our dried wood planks are hand-treated in terms of selecting, plaining and smoothing.

Cherry planks are perfect for pork and beef, due to their fruity, sweet bouquet.
