Seasoning mix for vegetables, poultry and fish

The perfect seasoning mix for your culinary Tuscan holiday. The herbs and tomato harmonise very well with poultry, fish and pork. Toskana is of course also suitable for grilled vegetables, salad, bruschetta and much more.

Dry rub the food to be grilled with the seasoning mix and moisten if need be with some oil.
Also use as a liquid marinade with fruit juice or oil mixed in.
