Seasoning mix for poultry and pork

PigWing is the legendary rub with a taste of bacon – perfect for chicken wings and all parts of chicken, roast pork and pork steaks, for chips, wedges, dips and much more.

Specifically for chicken with skin, a glaze with maple syrup is recommended toward the end of the cooking time.

Dry rub the food to be grilled with seasoning mix and moisten with some oil if necessary.
Use as a liquid marinade with fruit juice or oil mixed in.

Season to taste
