Don Marco’s Jamaican Jerk brings authentically fruity hot jerk taste to poultry and pork on the grill. Basic Jamaican jerk marinade:
Let 6 TB Jamaican Jerk mixture steep in some warm water for approx. 20 minutes. Now add and stir together 1 TB lime juice and 2-3 TB rum to taste. Top with olive oil to the desired consistency. Add or season to taste finely chopped fresh chillis, scallions and garlic.
Season to taste.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

Resealable square sleeved PET shaker can with small and large openings. Transparent bottom to see product but protect from light.
