Had some friends over today cooked awesome camembert meat loaf topped with jalapenos and sun dried tomatoes on cedar planks.
I wrapped some thick onion slices in bacon and soaked them in Jack Daniels overnight. Hit them with a little PigWing Rub before putting on the primo and glazed them with a Jack Daniels and Honey Mixture towards the end.
We also had some bacon wrapped goat cheese, grilled naan bread and giant turkey wings and potatoe wedges cooked in my old cast iron pan.
